FAQs

Do you offer timed delivery?

No, with the increased demand for deliver on Mother’s Day, we do not offer timed deliveries.

You can request your order arrive before or after 2pm, if you have ordered prior to May 4th.

Will I be asked about substitutions?

Generally, no. It’s part of our brand’s artistry and message, designing what nature gives in the moment.

Substituted designs: The feeling and general colour pattern remain allowing each arrangement to be uniquely it’s own.

We will only contact you about substitutions in the event that your order would have to be completely changed, mainly in mono chromatic and single bloom designs

i.e you ordered all pink roses, and none remain.

When should I order by?

Generally your order should be placed by May 4th to ensure:

*Delivery availability

*General Flower Selection

*Order Acceptance

If you have special requests your order should ideal be placed before April 26th.

What if I order after May 4th

Generally, it is still possible to place your order as usual but:

*Substitutions are more likely, if not guaranteed.

*We are less able to fulfil special requests.

*Our delivery capacity may be full.

*Certain options may be sold out.

*Phone orders for pick-ups may not be ready on arrival for same day orders.

***And though less likely: sometimes, we are unable to accept any further orders if we are booked to capacity.

Do you offer surprise delivery?

No we do not offer surprise delivery. While we do our best, we do not guarantee a surprise, we or our delivery partners may need to contact the recipient.

While they may find out flowers are on their way, typically people are still surprised when they see the flowers.

After all, they don’t know what to visually expect.
